Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Ann Michell shapewear. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, makeup, or deodorant marks; in original condition with all tags and the hygiene liner attached; and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, items returned worn, washed, or without the hygiene liner cannot be accepted.

How to start a return

Email us at sales@annmichellinfo.com or use our self-serve returns portal. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Manufacturing defects

Items with a manufacturing defect (damaged clasp, zipper, or fabric) are covered for up to 90 days. Contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
