Do I have to sign up?
No. Placing an order is the sign-up. We track your spend against your account and email you the moment you hit a milestone.
Do rewards give me a discount?
No — rewards are paid in product, not money off. You earn free fajas and perks. The only thing that lowers your price at checkout is the Girls Club membership, which takes 20% off automatically.
Is this the same as the membership?
No, they are separate and they stack. Rewards are free and earn you fajas by shopping. The Girls Club is $3.99 a month, takes 20% off every order automatically, and lowers every milestone — members get 2 fajas at $500 instead of $1,000, 4 at $1,000 instead of $2,000, and 8 at $2,000 instead of $3,000.
How do I claim my free fajas?
You do not. When you cross $1,000, $2,000 or $3,000 we email you to choose them and we ship them out. If you have crossed a milestone and heard nothing, message us.
When does my spend reset?
Each January. Anything you already unlocked that year stays yours — nothing is taken back mid-year.
I ordered but do not see my progress.
Make sure you are signed in with the same email you ordered with. Guest checkouts are not linked to an account. If it still looks wrong, message us and we will fix it by hand.
Do orders from TikTok or Whatnot count?
Anything placed on annmichellstore.com with your account counts. Orders on other platforms do not reach your account automatically — send us the receipt and we will add them.
