The numbers
Here is exactly how the money works
No mystery, no fine print buried at the bottom. This is what you put in, what you buy at, what a store sells, and what is left for you.
| What you invest | $15,000 to $100,000 A mall kiosk starts at $15,000. A full 1,500 sq ft studio starts at $100,000. You pick the rung your capital fits. |
| What you pay for stock | Factory price, direct from our plant You are buying from the manufacturer. There is no importer, no distributor and no middleman taking a cut before you. |
| What you keep on a sale | 55% to 65% Product margin at our retail prices. Our wholesale partners already run 40% to 55%; a franchise buys better than that. |
| What a store sells | $10,000 to $20,000 A month, for an established faja store in a decent location. Before any live selling online. |
| Gross profit at $15,000 a month | About $9,000 Rent, staff and your ongoing fee come out of that. What is left is yours. |
| Ongoing fee | 6% royalty + 2% brand fund On gross sales, including the store's own TikTok Shop. Kiosks in year one pay a flat $750 a month instead. |
Why a faja store makes money when other clothing stores do not
Nobody knows their faja size. She will not risk it online, and she will not buy it from someone who cannot fit her. So she walks in, gets measured, and buys. That is why these stores survive while the mall around them empties out.
And she comes back. Stage 1 becomes stage 2. Post surgery becomes daily wear. One fitting turns into a customer for years.
Four formats
Start where your capital is
Every format buys at the same factory price and runs the same playbook. Hit your numbers and you get first claim on the next rung and on the territory around you.
Mall Kiosk
150 to 300 sq ft · 1 to 2 staff
The cheapest way in and the fastest to open. A free body scan facing the corridor stops traffic that was walking somewhere else. She scans, gets fitted behind the curtain, walks out wearing it.

Studio

The Museum of Shapewear
Company owned. Never franchised.
A ticketed experience. She is scanned and fitted at the door, walks the story of shapewear wearing the faja, and exits through the store. We are telling you about it because it is the reason your store gets easier to fill every year. It is the brand's front page and it feeds every unit on the map.
- Franchise
- Not availableCorporate only. Your market benefits from it either way.
Every figure on this page is a planning target built from our own retail averages, to help you evaluate a location. It is not a guarantee, not a projection of your results, and not an offer to sell a franchise. An offer is made only through the required disclosure documents, in the states where the franchise is registered, and only after you receive them.
What arrives
Nothing for you to design, source or invent
- The scanning screenFind Your Faja reads her body and names the exact garment and size. No other store on that corridor has one.
- Opening stockProven sellers in full size runs, picked from what actually moves, not from a catalogue guess.
- Fitting certificationYour staff learns the stages, the two size rule and the post surgery timeline before you open.
- Fixtures and signageThe cart or the build out, the lighting, the mirror, the wall. It arrives as a package.
- Factory pricingYou buy direct from our plant in Cali. Nobody stands between you and the margin.
- The 30 day playbookWhat to post, what to run, what to say, day by day, from the week before you open.
After you open
We do not hand you keys and disappear
A faja store dies of quiet, not of competition. All of this exists to keep your door moving after opening week.
- Creator events at your store
- We bring our creator network to your location and film there. You get the footage, the foot traffic and the local tags. Your address becomes a place on the map instead of a listing.
- A live host, found and trained
- We scout her in your market, train her on our scripts and send the daily lineup. Your store sells online from its own floor while the fitters work.
- Recovery and body services
- Lymphatic drainage, post operative recovery programs, facials and classes can run inside the larger formats through partner operators. The post surgery client already spends that money somewhere. Being her faja fitter and her recovery room is the version nobody else can offer.
- Marketing run centrally
- Geo targeted ads, the brand fund, the seasonal drops and the calendar all come from us, already written and already tested on our own traffic.
- Replenishment that does not guess
- Your point of sale reports back to the factory. Reorders are built from what your store actually sold, in your sizes.
